GibbsCAM Copilot - Integrated AI Support

Fast and effective AI support with GibbsCAM Copilot

GibbsCAM 2025 sees the integration of AI directly into the software in the form of GibbsCAM Copilot.

Accessible directly from the Online Help menu, GibbsCAM Copilot uses Microsoft Azure Open AI on top of a dedicated database, trained by the GibbsCAM team, to offer rapid user support at any time without the need to hunt through documentation or reach out for first-line support. It is available 24/7 as a virtual customer assistant.

GibbsCAM Copilot requires the following to function:

  1. An active internet connection.
  2. An active maintenance contract.

GibbsCAM Copilot shows in a chat style interface in the same way ordinary messaging apps work.

How does it work?

  • Users can give feedback reactions to the responses and this feedback will be used to improve the AI model.
  • Users can have the GibbsCAM Copilot regenerate a response, which may answer questions in a slightly or significantly different way.

The introduction of GibbsCAM Copilot is part of our commitment to embrace AI for the benefit of our customers. It represents just the start of a longer-term embrace of AI to maximize productivity and profitability.
